Thank you for choosing Borderline Creations LLC. Because each of our items is custom-engraved to order, we follow a specific production and shipping timeline:

1. Production & Lead Times

• Every piece is handcrafted and personalized specifically for you.

• Lead Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and engraved before it is shipped.

• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Once your item has been engraved and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

3. Damaged Shipments

• As noted in our Refund Policy, please inspect your order upon receipt.

• If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the product and the packaging and contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement for you.
