Thank you for shopping with Borderline Creations LLC. We take great pride in our handcrafted, laser-engraved products. Because the majority of our items are custom-made to your specific requirements, our policy is as follows:

1. All Sales Are Final Due to the highly personalized nature of our products (including custom text, names, and designs), all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind" or customer errors in personalization details provided at the time of order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items We strive for perfection, but we understand that accidents can happen during transit. We will issue a full refund OR send a replacement only if your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective.

3. Photographic Evidence Required To process a claim for a damaged item, we require photographic evidence of both the damaged product and the shipping packaging.

• Please email your photos and order number to our support team within 5 days of delivery.

• Once the damage is verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund immediately.
